HCP & PMA | Tenant Improvement

The multi-tenant Laboratory Office Start Up Suites at 6000 Shoreline, South San Francisco were completed in over 2 years with core function and flexibility driving the optimization and efficiency of each area. The Suites are designed with private and open offices, conference rooms, BSL 2 lab areas and each is provided with individual infrastructure that supports the day to day operations of the individual tenants. Each Suite, ranging from 8,000 to 12,000 SF provides variable and flexible planning to enable the pursuit of a wide variety of scientific endeavors. These suites were completed while our principal designer was with DGA.
